About the project
The brief called for a private bathroom that felt restorative but remained practical for daily use. We removed a series of small partitions to create a clearer sequence between vanity, shower, and bathing areas.
Large-format limestone establishes a quiet visual foundation, complemented by oak joinery and brushed metal fittings. Soft curves and recessed details reduce visual noise and make the compact footprint feel more generous.
Natural light is filtered for privacy, while concealed illumination supports early mornings and evening rituals. The finished room feels calm, tactile, and closely connected to the materials from which it is made.

Project execution
Waterproofing, stone set-out, and fixture alignment were coordinated early so the minimal detailing could be executed accurately. We worked closely with specialist fabricators to resolve junctions before work began on site.
Material samples were reviewed under both daylight and warm artificial light to ensure consistent colour and texture across the room.
